#Anyconnect no wifi adapters available driver#
I found -but no promises this works for anyone else- that I had to change some of the driver settings on the WiFi adapters Advanced tab in Device Manager. The builds saw the WiFi adaptor but link connection speed was low and/or it gave that 'Limited' warning. If your wired or wireless network settings or specific SSIDs are pushed from a group policy, they can conflict with the proper operation of the Network Access Manager. Im running Win 10 Pro on a Dell Inspiron 17 with Intel Centrino N2230 WiFi.
When I look at the wireless WIRELESS NETWORK CONNECTION right click and go to he STATUS I see under SUPPORT then DETAILS I see Also, wired connections have higher priority than wireless so that if you are plugged into the network with a wired connection, the wireless adapter becomes disabled with no IP address. I see the MAC Address for the ThinkPad but no Device Name or IP Address. Starting with Windows 8, the WCMSVC (Windows Connection Manager) disconnects the WLAN connection because an Ethernet Adapter is seen as more reliable and provides better performance compared to a WLAN connection. When I look at the NETGEAR Router I see the IP address For the Ethernet desktops and the NETGEAR Extender the TABLET. When I do a ipconfig /all see the Mac Address, and the IP Address for the Desktop 192.168.1.4 Ethernet and the Physical Address 00.0E.9B.48.8F.13, Dhcp Enabled YES Autoconfiguration Enabled YES Autoconfiguration IP Address 169,254.78.38 Subnet Mask 255.255.0.0 Default Gateway nothing for ThinkPad?
